Hi Folks!
My name is Igma, and I’m originally from the Atacama Desert in Chile. I’m a single dad and live part-time in the beautiful Kootenay area with my two daughters. I enjoy making empanadas and experimenting with new fillings, always using local vegetables. I believe that animals, just like humans, deserve to be free and happy. This initiative aims to share the delicious food from the other side of the continent with everyone, contributing to making Canada a multicultural cuisine nation.
